Zendo Nano Fill Case Dr. Pano Andreou

Case 1: Treatment by Dr. Pavel Cherkas

  • The endodontic diagnosis of tooth 3.6 (30) was a necrotic pulp with symptomatic apical periodontitis.
  • Single session endodontics was performed with the cleaning and shaping of the root canals using the Z-Flare, Zendo Pathfinders and the Zone 2.0.
  • Working lengths: MB canal = 21 mm, ML canal = 20 mm and D canal = 20 mm.
  • Apical finishing sizes: MB & ML = 30; D = 45.
  •  The canals were obturated with gutta percha using a warm, vertical condensation technique and a calcium hydroxide based sealer

    

 

Case 2: Treatment by Dr. Pavel Cherkas

  • The endodontic diagnosis of tooth 1.6 (3) was a necrotic pulp with symptomatic apical periodontitis.
  • Single session endodontics was performed with the cleaning and shaping of the root canals using the Z-Flare, Zendo Pathfinders and the Zone 2.0.
  • Working lengths: MB1 & MB2 canals = 21 mm with a common apical 1/3, DB canal = 21 mm and P canal = 22 mm.
  • Apical finishing sizes: MB = 30; DB = 30 and P = 45.
  • The canals were obturated with gutta percha using a warm, vertical condensation technique and a calcium hydroxide based sealer

Case 3: Treatment by Dr. Pavel Cherkas  

  • The endodontic diagnosis of tooth 4.6 (#30) was a necrotic pulp with symptomatic apical periodontitis.
  • Two session endodontics was performed with the cleaning and shaping of the root canals using the Z-Flare, Zendo Pathfinders and the Zone 2.0.
  • Working lengths were confirmed using an electronic apex locator: MB & ML canals = 21 mm and the D canal = 19 mm.
  • Apical finishing sizes: MB & ML = 35; D = 40.
  • The canals were obturated with gutta percha using a warm, vertical condensation technique and a calcium hydroxide based sealer.
